Most of the videos are made by Canadian ACMG certified guides, so some of it is geared towards guiding. I've climbed with most of the
guides in the videos, so I've seen firsthand everything they show. All other videos are what I've found in my searches on the internet.
The videos may be old, but the content is great basic knowledge. Use the techniques at your own risk, as we all know climbing is
dangerous.......so stay at home on your couch!
